Won't Charge 1 in 7

I am the owner of a 2018 Optima PHEV and for the most part love the car. However, I have experienced one quirk. It will not charge the battery on Saturdays. I have taken it to the local Kia dealer and they look at me like I am nuts, even suggesting I check with my utility provider ( there is nothing wrong with the electricity in the rest of my house on Saturdays!) Has anyone else experienced something like this? Have there been any suggested reasons or solutions? Appreciate any info that could be shared with me.

you can set charging times in the options somewhere.
perhaps there is set that satruday it can not charge? i wouldn't have any other clue...
